Fat: 71.50g | Prot: 59.50g | Carb: 234.33g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries & Cream Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  black be and rice. Dinner:  Vigo Saffron Yellow Rice, Salmon Cake or Patty. Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Clementines, Classic Creme Cookies, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Back to Nature Chocolate Chunk Cookies.
