Fat: 21.93g | Prot: 60.47g | Carb: 161.00g.   Breakfast:  bagel, energy drink. Lunch:  subway club, subway fat free honey mustard, subway provolone cheese, unsweet tea. Dinner:  grilled chicken salad, italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  1% chocolate milk, angel food cake.
