Fat: 44.35g | Prot: 56.38g | Carb: 150.93g.   Breakfast:  100% wheat bread, 2% Milk American Cheese Slices, creamer, cup coffee, equal . Lunch:  Beef Bologna (Low Fat), borden 2% american cheese, green giant broccoli and cheese individual, natures own 100% whole wheat bread, water. Dinner:  Banquet Turkey, green beans, Signature Sundaes Turtle Sundae, water, Whole New Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  pork fried rice, water.
