Fat: 51.22g | Prot: 53.58g | Carb: 106.41g.   Breakfast:  Light Original Soymilk, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Vanilla, Tomatoes, Fat Free Feta Cheese, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Brown Rice, EatWell Caesar Dressing. Dinner:  Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Chunky Vegetable Pasta Sauce, Bleu Cheese Dressing & Dip, Simply Natural Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Bar.
