Fat: 51.22g | Prot: 53.58g | Carb: 106.41g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free Feta Cheese, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Vanilla, Light Original Soymilk, Scrambled Egg, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Brown Rice, EatWell Caesar Dressing, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Dinner:  Bleu Cheese Dressing & Dip, Chunky Vegetable Pasta Sauce, Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Simply Natural Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Bar.
