Fat: 33.45g | Prot: 34.15g | Carb: 171.37g.   Breakfast:  apple juice, Almonds, decaf coffee, Quaker Natural Granola, coffee creamer hazelnut, Shop Rite Low-fat Yogurt with fruit. Lunch:  pork, green beans, vegetable medley, tea, sugar, strawberries, cantaloupe, banana, chocolate pudding. Dinner:  Red Wine, cheez-it original.
