Fat: 33.45g | Prot: 34.15g | Carb: 171.37g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, apple juice, coffee creamer hazelnut, decaf coffee, Quaker Natural Granola, Shop Rite Low-fat Yogurt with fruit. Lunch:  banana, cantaloupe, chocolate pudding, green beans, pork, strawberries, sugar, tea, vegetable medley. Dinner:  cheez-it original, Red Wine.
