Fat: 113.35g | Prot: 109.59g | Carb: 256.95g.   Breakfast:  Caffe Mocha (Grande), hard boiled egg. Lunch:  baby carrots, biscuit , butter, celery, kentucky fried chicken breast, strawberries. Dinner:  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  cheddar rice cakes, Chocolate Chip Cookie, reeses peanut butter cup, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), watermelon.
