Fat: 46.21g | Prot: 62.65g | Carb: 98.14g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, Herbal Cleanse Fiber Drink, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  100% White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, Cheddar Cheese, Grilled Shrimp, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lime, Salsa. Dinner:  Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, Snap Peas, Spark Energy Drink.
