Lunch:  Quinoa, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Swiss Chard, Baby Carrots , Pears , Tomatoes, Goats Cheese (Soft), Homemade White Bread. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, President Feta Cheese, Beer, Zucchini , Asparagus , Cooked Carrots, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Strawberries , Clover Honey.
