Lunch:  Carrots, Beets, Dijon Mustard, Roasted Root Vegetable & Kale Salad, Strawberries. Dinner:  ahi, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Feta Cheese, root vegetable, soy, sesame seeds, Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Apples , Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup.
