Fat: 53.61g | Prot: 69.67g | Carb: 181.05g.   Breakfast:  GOLEAN Original Cereal, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  salad, beets, goats cheese, Pears, Newman's Own O's. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Feta Cheese, Atlantic Salmon (Farmed) , Asparagus, fingerling potatoes, olive oil, croutons. Snacks/Other:  Champions Greek Yogurt - Honey-nana, Apples , Baby Carrots , Chocolate Assortment Miniatures.
