Fat: 17.12g | Prot: 57.68g | Carb: 57.82g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Silhouette Yogurt, Sugar Free Metamucil, Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake. Lunch:  garden salad, hard boiled egg, light ranch dressing. Dinner:  cooked pork chop, garden salad, light ranch dressing.
