Fat: 263.49g | Prot: 158.42g | Carb: 64.20g.   Breakfast:  bob evans sausage breakfast. Lunch:  mixed salad greens, lemon pepper tuna, mayonnaise, mushrooms. Dinner:  new york strip steak, sherry, cream. Snacks/Other:  tea, roasted almonds, edam cheese, excellence dark chocolate.
