Fat: 19.36g | Prot: 71.60g | Carb: 244.90g.   Breakfast:  coffee, International delight irish creme, sweet and low, Kashi Ripe Strawberry cereal bar. Lunch:  Pepsi Max, Tyson grilled and ready chicken breast fillet, Mission white corn tortillas, red apple, lean pockets pepperoni pizza. Dinner:  vitamin water zero, Healthy choice italian style penne, yoplait light blueberry patch, green giant sweet peas. Snacks/Other:  sobe lifewater kiwi, diet snapple peach tea, oolong tea, sweet and low, Pepsi Max.
