Fat: 52.16g | Prot: 120.10g | Carb: 310.66g.   Breakfast:  green tea, red peppers, red onions, broccoli, Butter, whole wheat toast, egg whites, yolk, spinach. Lunch:  whole wheat, lunch mate, blueberries, strawberries, greek yogurt friendly farms, water. Dinner:  wild salmon sea queen, biggins sweet potatoe, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other:  raisin bran, milk, m&m.
