Fat: 97.74g | Prot: 154.21g | Carb: 18.17g.   Breakfast:  Egg, american cheese, Butter. Lunch:  Chicken, Cheese, Guacamole, Lettuce, Tomato Salsa, chipotle sour cream. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Tomato Sauce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Snacks/Other:  Dry Italian Salame, sugar free jello.
