Fat: 79.48g | Prot: 59.19g | Carb: 167.34g.   Breakfast:  100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Almond Breeze Vanilla Unsweetened Non-Dairy Beverage, Healthy Multi-grain English Muffins, Hot Oatmeal Flax Plus. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, California Avocados, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Mixed Salad Greens, Pomegranate Seeds, Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Dark Chocolate Almonds, Ginger Broccoli with Vegetables & Tofu, Oranges. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Dry Roasted Almonds.
