Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Pomegranate Seeds, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, California Avocados. Dinner:  Ginger Broccoli with Vegetables & Tofu, Brown Rice, Oranges, Dark Chocolate Almonds. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds, Celery.
