Fat: 34.91g | Prot: 67.12g | Carb: 187.45g.   Breakfast:  100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Almond Breeze Vanilla Unsweetened Non-Dairy Beverage, Healthy Multi-grain English Muffins, Old Country Style Muesli. Lunch:  Couscous (Cooked), Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Sweet Caramelized Onion Chicken Burger. Dinner:  Broccoli, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Cooked Mature Onions, Soybean Curd, Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Cordial or Liqueur, Oranges, White Table Wine.
