Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, HalthyLoaf High Fiber Flax& Sunflower, Omega Buttery Spread, Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage, Spinach. Dinner:  Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Home-Made Style Spaghetti Sauce with Poultry, Whole Grain Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Gala Apples.
