Lunch:  Apples, Double Fruit Raspberry Jam, HalthyLoaf High Fiber Flax& Sunflower, Organic Creamy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Chicken Chili with White Beans, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine.
