Lunch: Alpine Lace Reduced Fat Reduced Sodium Provolone Cheese, Blackberries, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast deli slices, skim milk. Dinner: brussels sprouts, skim milk, spaghetti. Snacks/Other: Activia Strawberry Yogurt, cabot Non Fat Cottage Cheese, Dole diced peaches.
