Fat: 50.97g | Prot: 165.55g | Carb: 320.55g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Kroger Walnut Halves and Pieces, Oatmeal, Sugar, Kroger Break-Free Real Egg Product, Kroger Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Bananas. Lunch:  Pure Protein Chewy Chocolate Chip High Protein Bar (Small), Pure Protein Strawberry Shortcake High Protein Bar (Small). Dinner:  tuna, brocolli, noodles and sauce. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat), Kroger Chocolate Milk Mix, Dannon Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, Ralphs Vanilla Pudding Snacks, Sweet Cherries, Strawberries, Sugar.
