Fat: 88.58g | Prot: 132.07g | Carb: 209.19g.   Breakfast:  Frozen Cherries, Kroger Break-Free Real Egg Product, Kroger Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Kroger Walnut Halves and Pieces, Milk (Nonfat), Oatmeal, Sugar. Lunch:  Kraft Singles Fat Free American Cheese Slices, Kroger Deli Thin Sliced Roast Beef, Kroger Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise, Van de Kamp's 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Applebee's Trios Pork Wonton Tacos, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA. Snacks/Other:  Dannon Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, Ralphs Vanilla Pudding Snacks.
