Fat: 75.26g | Prot: 105.43g | Carb: 139.82g.   Breakfast:  Frozen Cherries, Milk (Nonfat), Kroger Walnut Halves and Pieces, Oatmeal, Sugar, Cheddar Cheese, Kroger Break-Free Real Egg Product. Lunch:  Kraft Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Kroger Deli Thin Sliced Honey Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey, Steak, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Hidden Valley Blue Cheese Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat), Kroger Chocolate Milk Mix, Dannon Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, Cantaloupe Melons, Ralphs Vanilla Pudding Snacks.
