Fat: 60.69g | Prot: 74.11g | Carb: 318.29g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, cherries, sugar, milk, blueberries, walnuts. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Ralphs Vanilla Pudding Snacks, Michelina's Traditional Recipes Cheese Manicotti. Dinner:  New Belgium Brewing Ranger IPA, brown rice, jalapeno, burrito grande tortilla, ralph's diced tomatoes, boneless skinless chicken breast, Dry Black Beans. Snacks/Other:  Ralphs Vanilla Pudding Snacks, Kroger Low Fat Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches, Ralphs Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi.
