Fat: 60.69g | Prot: 74.11g | Carb: 318.29g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, cherries, milk, oatmeal, sugar, walnuts. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Michelina's Traditional Recipes Cheese Manicotti, Ralphs Vanilla Pudding Snacks. Dinner:  boneless skinless chicken breast, brown rice, burrito grande tortilla, Dry Black Beans, jalapeno, New Belgium Brewing Ranger IPA, ralph's diced tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Kroger Low Fat Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches, Ralphs Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi, Ralphs Vanilla Pudding Snacks.
