Fat: 74.35g | Prot: 80.42g | Carb: 366.18g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, cherries, milk, oatmeal, sugar, walnuts. Lunch:  almonds, flavorite desert cup, ralph's pudding, smart ones traditional lasagna. Dinner:  baked beans, ipa, pulled pork sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi, mandarin orange, party cup, ralphs pudding.
