Fat: 158.20g | Prot: 69.25g | Carb: 222.81g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, cherries, sugar, milk, blueberries, walnuts. Lunch:  almonds, lite mayo, american cheese singles, ralph's pudding, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, party cup treats. Dinner:  ipa, wine, Roasted Duck, duck. Snacks/Other:  hagen daz vanilla almond.
