Fat: 158.20g | Prot: 69.25g | Carb: 222.81g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, cherries, milk, oatmeal, sugar, walnuts. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, almonds, american cheese singles, lite mayo, party cup treats, ralph's pudding. Dinner:  duck, ipa, Roasted Duck, wine. Snacks/Other:  hagen daz vanilla almond.
