Fat: 136.41g | Prot: 85.02g | Carb: 251.20g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, cherries, milk, oatmeal, sugar, walnuts. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, almonds, deli ham, flavorite desert cup, lite mayo, ralph's pudding. Dinner:  filet mignon, hagen daz almond, ipa, potatoes au gratin, wine. Snacks/Other:  party cup.
