Fat: 51.56g | Prot: 102.87g | Carb: 217.89g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, country style hash browns, kroger break free real egg product, trader joe's fire roasted bell peppers, trader joe's sliced mushrooms, vegetable oil. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, american cheese singles, lite mayo. Dinner:  brocolli, noodles and sauce, tuna, wine. Snacks/Other:  d'anjou pear, Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi, party cup, ralphs pudding.
