Fat: 51.56g | Prot: 102.87g | Carb: 217.89g.   Breakfast:  vegetable oil, cheddar cheese, kroger break free real egg product, country style hash browns, trader joe's sliced mushrooms, trader joe's fire roasted bell peppers. Lunch:  lite mayo, american cheese singles, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  wine, tuna, brocolli, noodles and sauce. Snacks/Other:  Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi, ralphs pudding, party cup, d'anjou pear.
