Fat: 68.23g | Prot: 97.86g | Carb: 296.45g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, country style hash browns, kroger break free real egg product, trader joe's fire roasted bell peppers, trader joe's sliced mushrooms, vegetable oil. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, american cheese singles, lite mayo, oscar mayer bologna. Dinner:  marie callender's sesame chicken. Snacks/Other:  celery, Fruit on Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry Kiwi, skim chocolate milk, strawberries, sugar.
