Fat: 70.31g | Prot: 66.20g | Carb: 160.04g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Cinnamon Vanilla Creme Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  smoked almonds, cottage cheese. Dinner:  tyson chicken tenders, knorr butter noodles. Snacks/Other:  pistachios, whonu, Hard Whole Wheat Pretzels.
