Fat: 70.31g | Prot: 66.20g | Carb: 160.04g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Vanilla Creme Liquid Coffee Creamer, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  cottage cheese, smoked almonds. Dinner:  knorr butter noodles, tyson chicken tenders. Snacks/Other:  Hard Whole Wheat Pretzels, pistachios, whonu.
