Fat: 115.77g | Prot: 110.86g | Carb: 208.73g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee, Jalapeno & Cheddar Bagel Breakfast Sandwich with Ham. Lunch:  Diet Coke, Italian Sandwich (Half), sun chips. Dinner:  gouda cheese, Merlot, tomato soup, Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers.
