Lunch:  diet coke, Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, M&M's 100 Calories Pack, Nacho Cheesier Tortilla Chips, Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats 100 Calorie Thin Rolls - Whole Grain White, Strawberry Jelly. Dinner:  Chicken Enchilada Bake, Milk (Nonfat). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Coca-Cola Diet Coke, Kellogg's Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolatey Chip, Whitman's Assorted Chocolates, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - White Chocolate Strawberry.
