Lunch:  diet coke, M&M's 100 Calories Pack, Strawberry Jelly, Nacho Cheesier Tortilla Chips, Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats 100 Calorie Thin Rolls - Whole Grain White. Dinner:  Milk (Nonfat), Italian Bread, Lemon Basil Lasagna Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Diet Coke, Diet Coke Caffeine Free, Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolatey Chip, Almonds, with M&Ms, Oreo Birthday Blast Ice Cream.
