Lunch:  diet coke, Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, M&M's 100 Calories Pack, Nacho Cheesier Tortilla Chips, Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats 100 Calorie Thin Rolls - Whole Grain White, Strawberry Jelly. Dinner:  Italian Bread, Lemon Basil Lasagna Rolls, Milk (Nonfat). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Diet Coke, Diet Coke Caffeine Free, Edy's Samoas Ice Cream, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Key Lime Pie, Lindor Truffle Balls, Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolatey Chip.
