Fat: 114.05g | Prot: 158.20g | Carb: 163.75g.   Breakfast:  Home Fries with Green or Red Peppers and Onions, Bar-S Foods Deli Shaved Ham, Egg White, 2% Fat Milk, Egg. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Subway 6" Double Roast Beef. Dinner:  Koegel's Viennas Hot Dog, Fred Meyer Hot Dog Buns, Chili Con Carne without Beans. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) .
