Fat: 114.05g | Prot: 158.20g | Carb: 163.75g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bar-S Foods Deli Shaved Ham, Egg, Egg White, Home Fries with Green or Red Peppers and Onions. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Subway 6" Double Roast Beef. Dinner:  Chili Con Carne without Beans, Fred Meyer Hot Dog Buns, Koegel's Viennas Hot Dog. Snacks/Other:  Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Walnuts.
