Fat: 71.35g | Prot: 161.02g | Carb: 197.85g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White, Franz Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  All Stars Bakery Multi-Grain Bread, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Cucumber (with Peel), Dole Broccoli Slaw, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner:  Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 0" Fat), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Kroger Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice, Stir Fried Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Nature's Bakery Whole Wheat Fig Bar, Walnuts.
