Fat: 64.09g | Prot: 150.59g | Carb: 230.55g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Franz Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  All Stars Bakery Multi-Grain Bread, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Cucumber (with Peel), Dole Broccoli Slaw, Light Mayonnaise, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Dinner:  Barilla Farfalle Pasta, Franz 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Hard-Boiled Egg, Spaghetti Sauce with Meat (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Nature's Bakery Whole Wheat Fig Bar.
