Fat: 66.20g | Prot: 151.67g | Carb: 203.57g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Franz Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  All Stars Bakery Multi-Grain Bread, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Cucumber (with Peel), Dole Broccoli Slaw, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Kyle's Chili. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Nabisco Belvita Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits, Walnuts.
