Fat: 52.68g | Prot: 157.32g | Carb: 273.55g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  Broccoli Slaw, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Multi-Grain Bread. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Kyle's Mexican Chicken Hash. Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, Walnuts, Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat, Whole Wheat Fig Bar.
