Fat: 52.68g | Prot: 157.32g | Carb: 273.55g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Egg, Egg White , Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Broccoli Slaw, Multi-Grain Bread, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner:  Kyle's Mexican Chicken Hash, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) . Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, Whole Wheat Fig Bar, Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat, Walnuts.
