Lunch: Broccoli Slaw, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Light Mayonnaise , Multi-Grain Bread, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned) . Dinner: Chicken Breast, Macaroni Salad. Snacks/Other: Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Walnuts, Whole Wheat Fig Bar.
