Fat: 94.84g | Prot: 186.03g | Carb: 168.82g.   Breakfast:  Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins, Egg White , Egg, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Multi-Grain Bread, Broccoli Slaw, Cucumber (with Peel) , Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned) , Light Mayonnaise . Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Macaroni Salad. Snacks/Other:  Whole Wheat Fig Bar, Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Walnuts.
