Fat: 59.33g | Prot: 156.70g | Carb: 167.79g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  cole slaw, Grilled Fish Taco. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled) , Pork Shoulder for Carnitas, Sloppy Joe Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Whole Wheat Fig Bar.
