Lunch: Broccoli Slaw, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Multi-Grain Bread. Dinner: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Sloppy Joe Sauce, whole wheat hamburger bun.
