Fat: 70.63g | Prot: 163.16g | Carb: 205.48g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Egg, Egg White , Light & Healthy Multigrain English Muffins. Lunch:  Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Broccoli Slaw, Multi-Grain Bread. Dinner:  Whole Kernel Sweet Corn 50%Lower Sodium, Pork Roast. Snacks/Other:  Whole Wheat Fig Bar, Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen).
