Fat: 65.97g | Prot: 203.26g | Carb: 201.09g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Blueberry Waffles, Egg, Egg White . Lunch:  6" Double Roast Beef. Dinner:  Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), onion hamburger bun. Snacks/Other:  Light Butter Microwave Popcorn, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , protein shake , Spicy Vegetable Juice Cocktail.
