Lunch: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), double roast beef. Dinner: broccoli, Chicken Breast, Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Whole Grain Rotini. Snacks/Other: nabisco wheat thins, Walnuts.
