Fat: 100.12g | Prot: 73.49g | Carb: 119.77g.   Breakfast:  100% Premium Vanilla Whey Protein, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Coffee, Electrolyte Tabs. Lunch:  Novara Salami, sweet potato chips, Vitamin water go-go. Dinner:  Green giant valley blend, Johnsonville turkey sausage, Vitamin water revive. Snacks/Other:  Almond butter, Gala Apples.
