Fat: 100.12g | Prot: 73.49g | Carb: 119.77g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, 100% Premium Vanilla Whey Protein, Coffee, Electrolyte Tabs. Lunch:  Vitamin water go-go, Novara Salami, sweet potato chips. Dinner:  Johnsonville turkey sausage, Green giant valley blend, Vitamin water revive. Snacks/Other:  Gala Apples, Almond butter.
