Fat: 138.40g | Prot: 115.35g | Carb: 58.18g.   Breakfast:  Super Advanced Whey Protein - Cookies N' Creme, Coffee, Electrolyte Tabs, Almond breeze chocolate unsweetened. Lunch:  Walnuts, Macadamia Nuts, Pecan Nuts, Novara Salami, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked). Dinner:  Cauliflower, Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers). Snacks/Other:  sweet potato chips, Soft Baked Snickerdoodle Cookies.
