Fat: 90.08g | Prot: 47.26g | Carb: 132.24g.   Breakfast:  Oats. Lunch:  spinach, tomatoe, cucumber, balsamic dressing. Dinner:  spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, balsamic dressing, eggs, kraft cheese, ham, butter. Snacks/Other:  Wasa, avacado, Chapman's frozen yogurt, sugar free jello.
