Fat: 90.08g | Prot: 47.26g | Carb: 132.24g.   Breakfast:  Oats. Lunch:  balsamic dressing, cucumber, spinach, tomatoe. Dinner:  balsamic dressing, butter, cucumber, eggs, ham, kraft cheese, spinach, tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  avacado, Chapman's frozen yogurt, sugar free jello, Wasa.
