Fat: 74.07g | Prot: 86.73g | Carb: 153.38g.   Breakfast:  coffee, eggs, miracle whip, Rye Bread. Lunch:  Grilled Salmon with Mud & Herbs. Dinner:  butter, frozen green bean, potatoe, Slow-Cooker Braised Pork with Salsa. Snacks/Other:  avacado, laughing cow, milk, Pace Salsa, Wasa.
