Fat: 51.99g | Prot: 108.54g | Carb: 161.17g.   Breakfast:  coffee, French Vanilla Creamer, Skinny Cherry Picker Smoothie (20 oz). Lunch:  avocado, black olives, cherry tomatoes, Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Chunks, light vinaigrette dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Fish, cabbage, cottage cheese, flour tortilla, peaches, pears (canned), shredded cheese (colby jack), Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges, Drained, Juice Pack, Canned). Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, Crunchy Granola Bars - Canadian Maple Syrup.
