Fat: 51.99g | Prot: 108.54g | Carb: 161.17g.   Breakfast:  coffee, French Vanilla Creamer, Skinny Cherry Picker Smoothie (20 oz). Lunch:  Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Chunks, Mixed Salad Greens, sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes, black olives, avocado, light vinaigrette dressing. Dinner:  cottage cheese, pears (canned), peaches, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges, Drained, Juice Pack, Canned), flour tortilla, Baked or Broiled Fish, cabbage, shredded cheese (colby jack). Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Canadian Maple Syrup, cottage cheese.
